Coasters and Trivets by John Wayne Jackson

The coasters and trivets by John Wayne Jackson are carefully made using real leaves and each coaster has 4 different leaf patterns. The coloration comes from natural sands and minerals held together in a stone-like substance, OmegaStone, invented by John. Each piece is intentionally designed to look like a fossil dug from the earth and cut from stone. Holes, cracks and fissures result from the spontaneous process used to make these pieces, much like rock formed in the earth. Variations in color and texture are guaranteed, as this is a one of a kind piece of art. The sparkle you see when it is held under a light comes from naturally occurring minerals.
